Breathing Your Whole Body
Friday 18th October 7.30-9.30pm
£25 early bird until 11th Oct
In this workshop we will explore how we breathe, paying particular attention to the respiratory diaphragm and pelvic floor. We will enquire if it's possible to feel our breath in our spines, shoulders, hips and beyond.
We will use a variety of detailed movement practices to find ways to connect to, activate and release our diaphragms and pelvic floors. Investigating if we can make more soft space for breath to gently expand into and empty out from.
You can expect to form a deeper connection to your breath and your body and to leave this workshop feeling both physically relaxed and mentally refreshed.
This workshop is suitable for anyone with a curiosity about their breath.
